Meet Beth

Hi, I’m Beth Christy Draper, an Integrative Health Practitioner supporting children and adults to strengthen their physical and emotional well-being. I utilize a skills-based approach that builds resilience from the inside out.

Whole-person wellness integration includes stress-reduction skills, emotional awareness and regulation, behavior-change strategies, mind–body practices, and resilience-building tools.

Community services include wellness program development, student support frameworks, transformational coaching, and integrative health education.

Sessions are designed to assist clients in moving through states of illness, anxiety and distress, to a place of healing, growth and empowerment. I work with a whole-person, mind–body approach that can include:

  • Functional wellness approaches

  • Root-cause exploration (sleep, stress, nutrition, environment, beliefs, patterns)

  • Holistic tools and behavior-change science

  • Collaboration with medical providers

  • Integrating emotional and nervous-system components of health

  • Support necessary for healing and health

  • Personal spirituality and beliefs

Youth Sessions

Youth Sessions are designed to support the social-emotional well-being and health of your child. I work with a whole-person, mind–body approach that includes:

  • Anxiety reduction techniques

  • Root-cause exploration (sleep, stress, nutrition, environment, beliefs, patterns)

  • Goal-setting, holistic tools and behavior-change strategies

  • Anger management strategies

  • Strengths-based transformative coaching

  • Mental health literacy

  • Social-Emotional skills + literacy
