Meet Beth
Hi, I’m Beth Christy Draper, an Integrative Health Practitioner supporting children and adults to strengthen their physical and emotional well-being. I utilize a skills-based approach that builds resilience from the inside out.
Whole-person wellness integration includes stress-reduction skills, emotional awareness and regulation, behavior-change strategies, mind–body practices, and resilience-building tools.
Community services include wellness program development, student support frameworks, transformational coaching, and integrative health education.
Offering both online and in-person sessions.

Sessions are designed to assist clients in moving through states of illness, anxiety and distress, to a place of healing, growth and empowerment. I work with a whole-person, mind–body approach that can include:
