Women empowering women. Theme-focused, professionally facilitated, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly series of relevant topics designed to support and catalyze emotional intelligence, self-esteem, clarity and authenticity through Women’s Circles.
Our curriculum addresses inclusive personal and cultural challenges specific to women and offers peer support, community and belonging to empower, heal and succeed.
Program includes an optional Leadership Training/Facilitator Track.

Experiential Learning
Fostering hands-on education and relationship-building with the natural world to foster greater resiliency, awareness, health and wellness for individuals, families and communities.
Examples include:• How the seasons and cycles of Nature impact our human experience
• Learning about the history, ethnobotony and benefits of plants
• Learning to grow, harvest & dry plants for use in the wintertime as well as other ways to preserve plants
• How to design and nourish a traditional herb garden• Learning about endangered plants and how to support them
• How plants, animals, insect and trees are integral to their surroundings
• The role humans can play to nurture nature
